I've been coming here for about a year now and I adore this place more and more every time. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the drinks are absolutely delicious, and I tell my friends about this place all the time. The new crème brûlée boba is also super good. I love coming here during my lunch breaks or before/after my shifts since it's just down the block from where I work!

Hours posted on google are wrong they close at 7 and when we got there at around 6:50 not realizing they were about to close the staff was very rude about it.I came in at 6:50pm. The employee at the register stated “wow! You came in at the right time!… as we threw out all our brown sugar”. My wife and I misunderstood assuming there were different boba. Instead of him just clarifying without the rude sarcasm, we wouldn’t have felt the way we did. After hearing that, we decided to look at the menu to see what else we’d want, where he went on to say, “for the 4th time, we don’t have anything so..” My wife and I just walked out with a very bad taste in our mouth because of that employee.

It sure is a Bubble Tea “nah” for me. Pretty gross. The boba was hard and very chewy. Drinks were buy one get one free. Tried it and threw both right in the garbageIn response to the stores response- some boba were hard and others were very chewy and difficult to chew hence hard and chewy. I will not be returning.

Worst Taro milk tea I've ever had it was truly disgusting and I promise I've never given a place a bad review. My aunt got a passion fruit pineapple drink and also found it pretty bad. I hope they improve their recipes I was really disappointed.

The drinks and workers there are amazing! However, the store is very hot! Especially in the summer with it being so humid. I feel bad for the workers who have to endure such conditions. Management should really get the AC fixed. It’s so hot I didn’t even wanna stay inside to sit. Honestly if I were the workers I would’ve just quit by now or just tell management I’m not working until it gets fixed.
