This location was so different when LINDA used to own it. She was sweet, friendly and would smile and greet you. Now that the new rude, racist and bitter owner owns it, this location is exceptionally disappointing. She is condescending and dirty. She makes her employees hold the prepared items from the customers until they are paid for, so a sundae will sit on the counter melting away until she comes to the register to "ensure" that every sprinkle is rang up. She double checks with every single order that every thing is charged and then runs away and hides to her cave. She is unprofessional and unapproachable and cannot relay any form customer service. ANDDDDDD the last straw was the last time I was there, the strawberry topping was spoiled and the cinnabon soft serve had gone bad. She did not care. Thankfully there are various other locations elsewhere.

Carvel usually has a daily special from Monday thru Friday. As shown in the poster, it is ONLY Monday thru Thursday. Came here on a Friday and noticed this, so I left without buying anything.UPDATE: Decided to get ice cream here. Learned that they are not concerned with serving quality ice cream. I had brought it to the attention of the employees that the ice cream tasted like it had been refrozen after it had been melted, and they did not have any issue with it. It's best to stick with the soft serve ice cream (ice cream machine).

Two girls working, placed an order for a milkshake and an ice cream sundae. One worked while the other stood around messing with her phone. God forbid you help your teammate out. Only customer in the store and they were having a hard time not only figuring out the milkshake but almost forgot my Sundae. Then when she did make the Sundae, which was supposed to be a caramel, once I got home and opened it she didn't put a drop of caramel in the thing. So basically I got vanilla ice cream with peanuts on top for $9. Absolutely pissed. Had a difficult time getting the registered to work properly so she had to go to a backup method. This place just sucked on so many levels. Do not waste your time here.

Very disappointed with small ice cream purchased this past Saturday very costly & perfect size for 4 slices however the cake WAS FULL of ICE which mentioned it was old very WRONG

The woman who runs the shop is very rude as other people have mentioned. They give out terrible portions, skimp on all toppings, the employees barely make eye contact as the manager stands over them and they have refused to accept gift cards. We live a 2 minute walk away and I will go out of my way to avoid this location. 3 chances was too many.

Is it difficult to cleanThis is the dirtiest well sloppyest Carvel I've ever been in. Soft serve is too warm and doesn't taste right must be skimping on some ingredient, not all flavors available after 9?If you close at 10:30 why turn off the machine at 9:30. The workers could careless the owner must be miserable or incompetent to not see their is an issue. Go visit other locations see what they do.
