We can only do standard milk shake. We can not do less milk shake and add more ice cream to catch full cup. We can not do extra heavy milk shake. The milk shack will have some mix and water feeling. If you do not want any water feeling the carvelanche is better. We can only do regular milk shake. We can not make milk shake as carvelanche. We got a lot of bad reviews because this but they do not mentioned the issue but mentioned mistakes or some other things. Just want to explain...read full review
Took long and after 2 toppings on a banana float the additional toppings are 60cents each per topping but had promotion of buy one and get one half off ...Wednesday is buy Sunday get one free

Very disappointed with small ice cream purchased this past Saturday very costly & perfect size for 4 slices however the cake WAS FULL of ICE which mentioned it was old very WRONG
