Flaming Grill and Supreme Buffet

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an extremely unpleasant experience at your establishment.
During our visit, one of your waiters displayed an appalling level of rudeness and disrespect that is completely unacceptable in any professional setting—let alone a family-friendly restaurant. Not only did this individual use foul and objectionable language, but they did so loudly and brazenly in front of elderly guests and young children present at our table. This level of conduct was both shocking and offensive.
What’s more troubling is that this behavior seems to reflect a larger issue with your staffing. The majority of the waitstaff appeared to be significantly undertrained and inexperienced, lacking even the most basic understanding of customer service or restaurant etiquette. Their demeanor and language felt more fitting for a street corner than a professional dining environment. If your intention is to provide quality service, I strongly urge you to reconsider the current hiring and training standards in place.
As paying customers, we expect not just good food, but a respectful and welcoming atmosphere. What we encountered instead was unacceptable and degrading. No guest—regardless of age—should be subjected to vulgarity and unprofessionalism when simply trying to enjoy a meal.
I hope this message is taken seriously and that immediate action is taken to review the conduct of your staff, retrain where necessary, and uphold a standard of professionalism that reflects positively on your establishment.

Food is always hot and fresh, service depends on who your server is but not terrible and very busy but good atmosphere

Very unorganized when large party comes and they can’t figure out who paid or not then hound the people that did pay as if they didn’t pay but they was given a receipt. Felt like discrimination really. To be approached multiple times and showing a payment receipt and still seem like they had an issue. Until they finally matched our receipt to the one they took before we found a seat. Then they didn’t even apologize for their mix up it was just whatever. We will never come to this place again.

Food is good, place is getting grimy though, needs a thorough cleaning. It's as if they clean just enough for it to look clean but the film of dirt builds up thin layer by thin layer.

I came here with my family, and I like it. Many many food, many option, all kind of seafood 🍢🦞 we usually know, freshly cooked. If you like seafood and you want to go for Buffett, think about this. They have plenty of parking 🅿️ space. Big restaurant.

The food was pretty good, I went on a weekend special day and the price was great for the quality. The service was really good. It was packed so it was a bit noisy but nothing disruptive or disrespectful. Great quality as I said and the area was clean. Definitely going to be going back in the near future (God Willing).

Affordable prices. Just no sashimi

I really enjoyed dining at Flaming Grill and Supreme Buffet! The variety of food is amazing – so many options to choose from, with fresh seafood, tasty sushi, and the hibachi grill which is the best part, cooked fresh right in front of you. Prices are very affordable for the amount and quality of food offered. Definitely a great place to enjoy a satisfying meal with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Great place to eat

⚠️ WARNING – Serious Health Risk ⚠️
I ate at this buffet last weekend and ended up severely sick. I had extreme stomach pain, fever, diarrhea, and cramping so bad I was bedridden for two full days—only getting up to go to the bathroom. No $20 meal is worth that kind of pain and suffering.
I wasn’t alone—half of my group also became sick. I mostly ate seafood, and many of the dishes were sitting out at room temperature, which is extremely unsafe and dangerous.
This is not just a bad experience—it’s a serious health concern. Please be very careful before deciding to eat here.
On top of that, this is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to where you’re forced to pay before sitting, and the so-called “party room” is shared with other groups.
If you want safe, freshly cooked food, go somewhere like Chili’s or Applebee’s, where meals are prepared on the spot and served hot. I will never visit this buffet—or any buffet—again. I am truly traumatized by the pain and suffering I’ve just experienced.

My wife and I have been to this place a few times now and it has always been a god experience. There is a wide variety of food that’s always fresh and available and you should always leave room for some desert. So if you're looking for some Chinese food this is the place to head too with friends or family that's in a good neighborhood with plenty of free parking in the front and rear of the restaurant.
