Swirl Bliss in Baldwin never disappoints, but their açaí bowls are next-level! The flavor is so fresh, smooth, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Topped with fresh fruit and crunchy granola, it’s the perfect treat whether you’re grabbing a healthy breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This place has a wonderful variety of options! This is my time ordering from this place. I took me and my son on April 11th around the time they are about to close. We were so excited to find a place that sells açaí bowls nearby. However, there was an issue in regards of with the employees not modifying the acai bowl. I’m allergic to honey and my son told them specifically not to put honey and coconut. Turns out they didn’t modify the açaí bowl!

Swirl Bliss is amazing! Their açaí bowls are incredible; I've never had anything like it! Every bowl is packed with fresh fruits and ingredients, making it so refreshing to taste the quality in each bowl. The fruits are perfectly ripe, and the blend of flavors is just right. The menu has such an impressive variety of food options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory. There's something for everyone; highly recommend!

This is my favorite frozen yogurt shop. The cookie and cream is one of the best flavors and there are so many options for toppings. The owners are also very nice and welcoming. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND if you never had frozen yogurt.

I'm never coming back to this place again. I bought the vanilla and pomegranate sorbet and they both tasted horrible. I got the pomegranate flavor and I thought maybe it was me but when I got home I had my family test it and they all (4) said the same thing. This is the third time it happens $15 literally down the drain.

I’ve been to this Swirl Bliss location on more than 1 occasion but not recently (maybe a couple of years ago) & once again they only had 1 person available to serve. Mind you, it’s a Saturday afternoon when it’s likely to be busy. I ordered my bubble tea (usually get it elsewhere but that shop was closed) there was one person in front of me who I believe had placed an order for two açai bowls, and it took a while. A young kid behind the counter as usual and when he finally did get to my bubble tea and I tasted it, I was basically just drinking brown water. I don’t blame him obviously. ownership/management needs to do better. Better coverage & better training. Needless to say, I will be waiting for my usual spot to open back up before I go for another bubble tea.
Parking: It’s a pretty big lot but Depending on the time of day parking can be somewhat difficult as it is a strip mall & there is a gym right next door.

I ordered a milkshake from here and it was horrible. The milkshake was not blended properly and there were huge chunks of ice in the shake I had to throw it out. The girl that made the shake got my order wrong at first and didn’t attempt to remake it. Please train your employees properly. This is unacceptable. Don’t come here.

This establishment checked all the stars and my kid (who’s a self-proclaimed taste tester) approved fully and gave it a “5 star”. It’s clean, inviting and for one person handling the customers (on this day), she was quick and on point. Word of advice “DONT LEAN ON THE GLASS” the sign really doesn’t help emphasize this enough!
