Excellent service even at 7am in the morning.
Slowest Dunkin in all of CNY.
I’ve never had a problem here and when there is a small mishap they fix it with a smile. Usually busy between 7-8am but after that it calms down, there is no problem getting your order in a quick few mins.
We went through the drive through this morning and the lady was nasty to my boyfriend and also did not even make his drink correctly. And was way over priced. Will not be going back.
Best one in town. Fast service.
This Dunkin Donuts is very very busy but you know what, every time I go, they are so very pleasant, courteous and they get my order wrong. Out of all the Dunkin donuts I've been to, this is the best one!!!
Used to love Dunkin more, the quality just isn't the same but I do have to say these are the best employees of any Dunkin I have ever been to. They were professional, welcoming and happy to be there.
Staff is the best!
Only 2--- NO WAY TO GET IN OR ON GENESEE ST! AND 2--- THERE IS NO WAY OUT EITHER SO IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE GOOD LUCK.
I ordered a head through the app once I got there I waited several minutes for a cup of coffee that was already sitting on the counter but it was not sitting in the pickup area....

They Complained bc I ordered a coffee and 2 donuts
In 9/29 my daughter and 4 of her varsity soccer teammates left school and headed to Dunkin right down the street for a refreshment and to hang for a short time before their game as they often do. Shortly after they left school somebody entered their school office and made a threat so her school and the athletic facilities went into lockdown. The girls were in contact with their coach who told them to stay put and not to come
Back on campus until she messaged them. My husband ordered 2 dozen donuts from his phone for them as they sat there and waited. They were the only ones in the restaurant and were making tik toks and not being loud or disruptive - they are really good kids. The blonde male person of average height working there asked the girls to leave - one of the girls explained to him what was going on and even expressed that they were scared and do not know what to do. He said unless they were ordering something else they had to leave, so they did - having no where to go not even knowing if the streets were safe.
I dont understand what the harm was having them wait until they got the ok from their coach to head back to campus. What kind of heartless non compassionate human does that. I am enraged as a parent that someone that is part of our community would do this and I would hope that you as a company would be also. I called this individual when I finally got to my daughter and she told me the story very shaken up by it and I expressed my feelings to him and instead of just apologizing he denied that he asked them to leave and said but they were being loud - my daughter has no reason to lie and this group of girls are very polite respectful kids.
I ordered the wrong thing and asked to switch it out and offered to pay for the new one with out a refund for the old one being as it was my fault. And found out the drink was discontinued and they still made if for me anyway and didn't have me pay for the new one just exchange it out. Thank you guys so much.
