I’m not sure what has happened to this dunkin over the last couple of months but the wait time is absolutely insane. I’ve been coming here my whole life and have never experienced this. I’ve waited close to 45 minutes and obviously you have no choice because there is no way to get out. Management needs to get on this!

1/5 Every weekend especially in the morning the wait on the drive through is a minimum of 30 mins. They must be understaffed for a while. This is the third happening in the span of 2 months.

I’ve never had a problem here and when there is a small mishap they fix it with a smile. Usually busy between 7-8am but after that it calms down, there is no problem getting your order in a quick few mins.

We went through the drive through this morning and the lady was nasty to my boyfriend and also did not even make his drink correctly. And was way over priced. Will not be going back.
This Dunkin Donuts is very very busy but you know what, every time I go, they are so very pleasant, courteous and they get my order wrong. Out of all the Dunkin donuts I've been to, this is the best one!!!
Used to love Dunkin more, the quality just isn't the same but I do have to say these are the best employees of any Dunkin I have ever been to. They were professional, welcoming and happy to be there.

I ordered a head through the app once I got there I waited several minutes for a cup of coffee that was already sitting on the counter but it was not sitting in the pickup area....
