Flojos is a welcoming atmosphere off the beaten path to those of us who aren't locals. I'm surprised after sharing my own experiences now many other people have been or go to this bar as well. They'll whip you up some standard bar food if you're hungry and have a tremendous staff who are accommodating. It is a backwoods bar. Do not be surprised by the individuals in it. After all I frequent it. They do have Cornhole inside and regularly offer karaoke which...
This is a total towny bar in a small hamlet called Lysander...which is great, I am all about towny, homey places to visit. There is popcorn, TVs, an I Tune "jukebox" to throw your money into for music. There is a large dance floor, darts, "bowling", pool. The bar is large, but needs refinishing. It needs to be sanded down and redone. The bar stools are really too short for the bar, but again, whatever. They don't take credit cards. I did not see a kitchen...
Best thing about this place is their new bartender Christol Lynna. She's a beauty behind the bar, brings in clients yet gets crappy hours and miserable management. Treat this new girl with some respect at you'll see positive changes for your bar. If not, there are plenty of places she can go to bartender where she will be treated with respect.
