Love this place. Stop here every afternoon on the way home. Food and drinks always spot on, the staff is excellent.
Good customer service, seemed like a friendly environment. Very busy, we had a bit of a wait but order went smoothly and was well organized.
Dunkin' offers a varied experience depending on the location. The Cato branch is known for its friendly faces, spot-on service, and willingness to correct mistakes with complimentary products. However, other locations, such as Longbranch, NY, have been reported to have poor service, including locking doors and only offering drive-thru options. Some customers have also experienced issues with orders, including forgotten food and lost rewards. Despite this, Dunkin' remains a popular spot for coffee and other treats.
