Don't bother in the morning. This store is connected to a gas station so I usually end up going inside rather than the drive thru. I have ended up walking out three times as I do not have an extra half hour on my way to work to get a coffee. They have a kiosk that they have a sign on saying it is not available in the morning for use. Clearly this is the time they need the most help taking orders at the counter. Either the staff will just pretend you're not there as they work the drive thru hoping you go away or they will ever so slowly help the counter customers. Most people do not have time for this on the way to work.

I was happy to see peanut donuts. And the cashier was great at explaining what drink I was asking about.
The ladies and dunkin team out in Cato always get the job done! Friendly faces and spot on service makes your morning start off on the right foot. Been coming here for years and the rare few mistakes were politely corrected with complimentary products more then making up for any set back. Look no further and go send it their way!!

The DD in longbranch ny was terrible. They lock doors when they want cz they say they r busy and no one is in there. Only 1 we hv cn do that. Only drive thru. Yuck
You stop by to pick up my coffee and my free one lost my free one again always keep losing my free one but other than that I want to pick up my two cups of coffee

This seems to be a fairly new Duncan. It's connected to speedway gas stop. Route 370 in New York State. There is a drive-through, the parking is a little odd here for this Duncan. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

This location sucks.. (Cato, ny)… they forgot food had to turn around and go back.. 6 people standing around doing nothing.. long wait and order wrong is what you will get here…

A lot better than most Dunkins. Especially during the week. Weekends are hit or miss. Just like every DD these days...donuts are generally a couple days old. Not fresh daily.
