“Staying at a BNB in town, this cute cafe was recommended to me. It's a simple spot with a fairly limited menu, but what they offer seems to be conscientiously designed. For example, with their breakfast sandwiches, they offer vegetarian "meats" as well as actual sausage and bacon. I was also offered a choice of two kinds of hot sauce as well as ketchup for my sandwich. Only reason I am giving the food 4 and not 5 stars was because it was basic and didn't have much in the way of "flair"/creativity. Service was friendly, kind and attentive, even though it is more of "counter service" set up. The vibe was definitely one of community, with a lot of regulars, a place where neighbors gather. Although I was new, I felt welcomed too.”

“We're out of towners who stopped randomly bc the shop looked beautiful. Best stop of the trip! Owners were lovely and navigated the Halloween rush beautifully. Grabbed some beans and hot honey for home and they were fabulous as well!”

“I recently came to know of Heart n’ Hand, and have been stressing about hosting 40 people for Thanksgiving for the first time. Naturally, I contacted them super early to do a sampling of fall flavors, and different pies.

From the second I contacted them via phone, they have been extremely kind, helpful, and generous. I sampled pies including Bumbleberry, Pecan, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pumpkin, Apple Crumble, and even stopped in the next day to pick up a few of their savory pot pies.

To say that everything was outstanding was an understatement; but my favorites were most certainly; Pecan, Strawberry Rhubarb, and the savory pot pies. Everything is obviously fresh, and the sweetness is perfect. Staff is warm, and store is quaint and clean. I can’t wait to order for Thanksgiving.”

“This place is a little hidden gem in Elbridge, NY. If you are a local, I am sure you have tried it and already know how awesome their food is! If you're traveling, make sure to venture over and check them out; you won't be disappointed. Fast, friendly service,, and they prepare some awesome food! The chicken parm is my "go to". Prices are very reasonable, portions are HUGE, all home- made ingredients. You can't go wrong! Delicious!!”

“first time trying and the food was good but as far as the waitress she was more paying attention to regular costumers than us never checked on us to see if we want more drinks or need anything and took out a tip for her self whitch wasn't notice until we left to me that's stealing .”

“I had been looking for a great pork shank and Red Rooster came up in my search. We drove 45 minutes to try it, and oh my am I glad we did!!! The service is great, and the food is over the top fantastic. The Caesar salad is grilled, and the best we’ve ever had. And the Osso Bucco was out of this world!!!! We will definitely go back.”

“We had reservations on valentines night our first time there .. it was very clean and spacious we expected a busy night being valentines and a Saturday evening but was very disappointed that we waited over an hour just sitting in our reserved booth with glasses of water .. we ordered the all u can eat crab legs which they asked if we were having that when I made the reservation two weeks prior … we witnessed 3 other tables that got up and left in disgust that were waiting at their tables before us with no food … no bread no salads no apps not even drinks from the bar which we did order … this was a HUGE disappointment especially for some who had their Valentines Dinner ruined …. When or crab legs did come out over hour later (they were good) still had to wait forever for our sides that came with dinner … very unorganized which was so confusing to us they had empty tables and enough wait staff running around …. Our waitress Mya was very apologetic and good at her job and did try to please us by offering us a drink on her and gave us a discount on our bill …. I’m willing to give this place another shot I’m looking forward to enjoy their outside dining… I really hope it’s a better experience next time because it really does look like a great restaurant”
