Staying at a BNB in town, this cute cafe was recommended to me. It's a simple spot with a fairly limited menu, but what they offer seems to be conscientiously designed. For example, with their breakfast sandwiches, they offer vegetarian "meats" as well as actual sausage and bacon. I was also offered a choice of two kinds of hot sauce as well as ketchup for my sandwich. I highly recommend Peace Love Coffee. Doesn’t matter what I get it’s 100% delicious.
