“We love burger n beer Thursday. We went today since the weekend is supposed to be very cold. The inside of the building had virtually no heat. It was uncomfortable to enjoy the food. There was one heat pump and the gas fireplace was burning. Please heat the building for your customers. We’ll be back when the weather is warmer.“

“bummed to get a BLT with no "T"... called to bring it to their attention and the person on the phone said, "oh... are you sure you didn't say "no tomato"?" Yep, I was sure... even told her my order number so she could see. Her response? "Oh, ok"... no apology, no offer to fix it -- just ok not the end of the world, obviously... but such a bummer“
“Everyone is so nice!! Super helpful smiling, it's honestly refreshing seeing people do their jobs with a smile and being friendly. I keep having them pick and surprise me after telling them what I like and I haven't been steered wrong yet. So many amazing flavors and options, def my new favorite drink spot! Plus the pups get a little treat as well!!“

“Friday night fried fish dinner. Awesome. Fresh fish. The coleslaw was really great too. My favorite was the clam chowder. I can't wait for more next Friday and going to try the baked fish next. Fries were crinkle cut and very good too.“
“Shout out to Ace for hustling like no other Dunkin employee I’ve ever seen before. He was abandoned by the manager on his shift and continued to pump out coffee and food orders without complaint. He was pleasant, fast working and wasn’t begrudging of his situation at all. For the amount of people that showed up directly after placing my large order I felt so badly I wished I could jump behind the line and help. We left him a large tip and huge thank you!“

“I was traveling and another Dunkin messed up my drink, it was gross! I went into the weedsport location and told them what happened and they fixed it without hesitation. They were so kind and friendly! Thank you to all of the staff who helped save the day!“

“I went there yesterday to get my usual coffee medium I hate to say it five sugars two creamers. But when I got up to the window to pay there was a police officer there said the coffee's on us today and the department of corrections I was very pleased. Them giving back cuz my dad my grandfather were both correction officers“

“Staying at a BNB in town, this cute cafe was recommended to me. It's a simple spot with a fairly limited menu, but what they offer seems to be conscientiously designed. For example, with their breakfast sandwiches, they offer vegetarian "meats" as well as actual sausage and bacon. I was also offered a choice of two kinds of hot sauce as well as ketchup for my sandwich. Only reason I am giving the food 4 and not 5 stars was because it was basic and didn't have much in the way of "flair"/creativity. Service was friendly, kind and attentive, even though it is more of "counter service" set up. The vibe was definitely one of community, with a lot of regulars, a place where neighbors gather. Although I was new, I felt welcomed too.“
