“This small establishment is open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during the week and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, closed Sunday. They serve breakfast and lunch. They can seat about 20 people inside and have picnic tables outside for eating al fresco when the weather allows. Also, it appears that the empty store space next to them might be intended for future expansion. They need it because the place was humming when we walked in for breakfast on a Saturday. The breakfast sandwiches were excellent. I had an over-medium fried egg with provolone and sausage on an English muffin, and my wife had her egg and cheese with bacon on a fresh biscuit. The price was a bargain compared to that charged by diners in Syracuse. I decided to have a cinnamon bun for dessert. They served it warm and it was delicious with some requested butter. My wife ordered a scone to take home. The staff are exceptionally pleasant and patient with first-time customers like us.“

“I go the drive in for the great coffee. The added flavors are a treat for me. As for food, I have never ordered any food, hence that is why I didn't mark any stars in that category.I always have a smile with a drive up server as well as a willingness to serve!Great service, great coffee at both the east and west side booths!“

“I’m picky about my coffee and Shamballa is absolutely awesome. Just ordered a mocha and it is perfect. This is probably the best mocha I’ve ever tasted. It’s got to be the beans as Emmitt, the owner of Shamballa Café and Coffee Roasters, roasts and grinds the beans himself. I usually go to a large chain coffee place, but I definitely won’t when I’m here in Baldwinsville. Shamballa is simply amazing.“
