And even chatted with me happily while he prepared my drink!Other customers arrived while I was waiting for my order. The barista still welcomed and chatted with the other customers as well multitasking and just impressively kind.This is exactly why I only indulge in coffee and treat myself once in a while and when I do it is at local small businesses like this.The coffee was kicking strong just how I like itIt was fresh and tasty ?I will be returning again and again. ?✨Not to mention the neighborhood was nice They even had little tables outside to sit in the sun and enjoy the day!Literally the only critique I could divulge is the lackluster decor and surroundings inside of the coffee shop. It looked as if it had only been open maybe 6 months to a year. Come to find out the location's been open for a few years.I couldn't tell the personality of the owner based on the surroundings.Although It was super duper clean which was awesome! It made up for the fact that it was less flashy.But it could definitely use some warm elements...Perhaps some paintings, flowers - maybe some music to set the mood or fairy lights & plants. These are all just little opinions that I think could really elevate this business! “Panera is a jondra of its own, their slogan posted on the inside wall next to the pickup window, clean ingredients, does live up to it, while not for the light pocket book, strictly, a few options classified as " value duet' allow for a still tasty option, of mixed choices including soup and sandwiches and baguette. another heads up, features on their poster window signs, a new sluth of creations coming in April, looks like a check this out choice, for the spring, their lunch time duplicity of filled tables, unlike any other walk in place I frequent, will make this already popular gathering locail most appealing.“
“Today was my first time coming, I enjoyed drinking my drink tang petting the kitties and playing with them. My new favorite place to go now on, plus I bought some adorable merchandise before I left. In every basket I include the three items that are a part of an old traditional house blessing: “Bread—that this house may never know hunger, Salt—that life may always have flavor, and Wine—that joy and prosperity may reign forever” I always use small, local businesses for the products to make and fill my basket. Especially the bread! I want it to be same-day fresh, and from a bakery as close to the client’s new home as possible. Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. And my clients very much appreciated the delicious, authentic French Baguette!“
“I recently was in the area for a function for the week and was looking for a locally owned and run place not one of the chains that we are know. I stopped in January 23rd amd 25th and am so glad I did. It is small and very inviting. The staff was very welcoming and answered my numerous questions. I very much like the variety of unique menu items they have. The food was great. A wonderful experience all the way around. I will be back for sure. This place is a gem.“
“Hooray! I finally found my coffee spot in Syracuse. I just moved here from coffee-loving San Francisco. Salt CIty Coffee makes the best espresso I've had in town. I have yet to spend time in the cafe itself, but I love the vibe. I feels like a comfy living room full of interesting people I've not yet met.“
“Looking for a local breakfast joint to start our day, a Google search yielded the interesting Sunshine's Coffee Shop with good reviews, so we made our way over there. A little off the beaten path around the Syracuse airport, but totally visible on the corner. We placed our order for breakfast sandwiches and the home fries with onions. Plus coffee. All delicious! Sunshine's is a small place, with a couple booths plus small tables. Very homey feel. Great way to start our day!!“
“I love this place. Their pastries are always fresh and delicious. She’s great at listening to what her patrons want and adding them into the rotation. Her meal options are really spot on. The marinara sauce for the meatballs is incredible. I love when I have errands to run in this side of town because this is a great spot to stop for a hot or cold drink and something delicious to eat. There’s also a GREAT selection of jewelry, candles, take home coffee, and live music.“
“Stopped in the other day and checked out this cute place in Baldwinsville. I literally wanted to try everything they had to offer. They have a list of shakes I may have to work my way through!! I decided to try one of their quinoa bowls. I got the one with bananas and chocolate PB protein sauce. They serve it warm and it was very good. This was the first time I've ever had quinoa in a "sweet combination". I've had it often in savory bowls other places. I was definitely intrigued. The women who were working there were friendly and I am sure I will be stopping in again. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no prices listed for anything. The quinoa bowl I tried cost $11.50. Which may be in alignment with today's prices, but I felt it was a bit high. I hate having to ask for the price of things so I wish they would just post them. On the other hand, if I'm going to splurge and eat something out I'm definitely going to go to a local place. I have to be back in B-Ville next week so it will be a hard decision,but I feel I must try one of their shakes!!“
“Great meal at very good prices! We came for breakfast when visiting and were very pleased with the friendly service and fresh breakfast plates. We had strawberry pancakes and the breakfast platter and both were filling and delicious. The only disappointment is that I forgot to take pictures of our plates!“

“This was a unique place to have breakfast. Guest could choose to eat inside the heated green house nursery or the small indoor Cafe. The menu consist of hot alcoholic drinks or mimosa flights. I chose the mimosa flight and enjoyed the sparkling champagne filled with different flavors. My favorite was the cranberry mimosa. All were outstanding. I ordered the delicious french toast breakfast which consisted of small apples on top and a delicious local maple sugar. Portions were large. We dined on a Saturday morning and the resturant was busy although it did not hinder the excellent service we enjoyed. Order was taken quickly prepared and brought to the table Pronto. Next time we are in the area I would definitely stop in for breakfast. I highly reccommend Crazy daisies.“
“Ordered a cake for pick up. I was greeted with a friendly young lady and was then waited on by a happy smiling young man. He was only to happy to have the cake completed with the writing that was needed. He then proceeded to assist with a few bakery items and a cup of soup! He also carried the cake out to the car! Absolutely fantastic service and the cake and additional items were delicious. I'll be back for another lunch and for the next cake I need! Five stars“
“In my opinion, Peaks is the best coffee shop Syracuse has to offer! From the friendly staff, to the chill ambiance, you can't go wrong. Some benefits to choosing Peaks: Their coffee (drip, cold brew, espresso) is always smooth and fresh they have unique specials and syrups that are made in house. Even popular ones such as "caramel" are a special experience due to the quality of the product. The owner and staff are all such wonderful people and when you walk in you can see they are passionate about what they do! The regulars are so chill, you don't have to worry about interacting with mean customers The food is INCREDIBLE! I'm probably missing some stuff, but that means you'll have to fill in the rest once you visit!“
“Had lunch here the other day and all I can say is this place is a must try. They only have banh mi's, vietnamese coffee, and a small selection of canned drinks. Of the banh mi's available 4/5 have a combination of various pork products with the fifth being sardine. They are also available in mild, medium, and spicy. We got the Number 1 and 3 banh mi medium spice, though they did not have a hint of spice (which may be attributed to my white girl-ness, fair). We also got a Yeo white gourd drink, which I was very hesitant to try but exceeded any expectation I had. It was refreshing and unlike anything I've tried before. I saw people compare the flavor to caramel which feels closer than whatever I would expect white gourd to taste like. The banh mi's were out of this world phenomenal. The bread was perfectly crusty and the toppings were all so fresh. Our total came to $20 even for one of the best lunches I've had in months. I will definitely be back.“
“Cozy little cafe. I got a latte and my girlfriend got a cafe au lait with their light roast of the day. Both were delicious, pleasant is probably the best word I can think of to describe the coffees. The roasts they have all sounded very good and their website says they're ethically sourced. Every baked good in their case was vegan, we didn't get any but they looked great.“

We have not tried that normally for us it’s breakfast.Parking: Depending when you arrive the lot attached to the building may be full. You may have to park on the street. “Ink Corner Cafe is this chill spot in Cicero that's perfect for hanging out with friends. They have a ton of smoothies and in Cafe made bakery items, the cafe also has goldfish, so it's never boring, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The coffee is good, but the real star of the show is the grilled cheese. They have like ten different options, all with crazy ingredients, and they're all delicious. My only complaint is that it can get a little crowded sometimes, especially on weekends. Still, it's a cool place to escape the usual Cicero scene, so I definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Cafe kubal is our go to place for coffee, brunch sandwiches whether we order through Grubhub or we are walking in. They are super quick and have always been super nice! They also just expanded so it's much bigger with an extra room where you can sit and do work! When we order for delivery, everything comes wrapped, tidy, and still warm. Some of their sandwiches have changed and are not updated on the menu; however, they are very good at calling you for substitutions, which is greatly appreciated. The past two times when we have ordered, our coffee was made incorrectly and a sandwich was incorrect. Maybe a glitch! But their coffee is great even with nothing extra in it!!“

I love their peanut butter mocha (pb + chocolate + espresso = a heavenly combination), their bites are great, and the service is always lovely. And, this location of Recess Coffee is no exception. The seating area is comfortable, offering options for those wanting to get some work done as well as those on coffee dates or meeting friends. For warmer months, they also have some outdoor seating options. The set up is order at the counter and pick up at an adjacent counter. I stopped by most recently on my way to the airport and was able to dart in, grab a bite and a cuppa, and be on my way in no time. Get to it!“
“This was my first time going here and I felt very welcomed .Everyone was very friendly and outgoing . I ordered the salad, which came out to around $7.50 Which was kind of expensive,but everything has gone up in price nowadays. The salad was really good however ,and pretty filling. I am very happy with my experience here !“
