Their Hanoi Egg coffee is the most delicious coffee downtown. Not sure what they put in it, but after one cup, colors are brighter and life becomes more vivid. Best perk of the day and the workers are always so cheerful!
We ordered traditional banh mi combos and mango ice tea. it was delicious! Friendly, attentive staff and great service. We will absolutely be back!
Great food and very friendly staff. Tuesday was crazy busy but they all had a smile on their face and kept working hard to get all the food out in a timely manor!

Wake Up Coffee and Sandwich is a restaurant in Syracuse. The coffee is amazing, and the hanoi egg foam coffee and salted cream coffee are good. The grilled pork banh mi and banh mi are really great, with perfectly crisp/chewy bread, classic fillings including pate, pickled and raw veggies, and a generous serving of meat. The menu is simple and unique, and the food and beverage type cannot be found anywhere else the way they make it. The staff is always friendly, always fast, and goes above and beyond to make people feel special, with genuine hospitality. The vibes are nice. However, there is a strong odor of mildew inside, and some people say the smell is a deterrent to eating the food.
