Health Food Restaurants in Baldwinsville, NY

“Stopped in the other day and checked out this cute place in Baldwinsville. I literally wanted to try everything they had to offer. They have a list of shakes I may have to work my way through!! I decided to try one of their quinoa bowls. I got the one with bananas and chocolate PB protein sauce. They serve it warm and it was very good. This was the first time I've ever had quinoa in a "sweet combination". I've had it often in savory bowls other places. I was definitely intrigued. The women who were working there were friendly and I am sure I will be stopping in again. The only thing that bothered me was that there were no prices listed for anything. The quinoa bowl I tried cost $11.50. Which may be in alignment with today's prices, but I felt it was a bit high. I hate having to ask for the price of things so I wish they would just post them. On the other hand, if I'm going to splurge and eat something out I'm definitely going to go to a local place. I have to be back in B-Ville next week so it will be a hard decision,but I feel I must try one of their shakes!!“

“My work had me try this restaurant for lunch. A great place if you like meal replacements. I am really not in to but still had to give them a shot. Menu has a lot of different soy bean based protein shakes and Metabolic increasing teas. I had a cider doughnut shake and an interesting tasting tea. Give them a try if this is your thing.“
