My sister and I both ordered Big Macs in the drive thru. We took them home to eat. Both Big Macs were missing a burger, the burger that was there was skimpy, hardly any sauce, no lettuce. Discusted, we contacted the restaurant and main headquarters. All we got was an apology and no offer for a refund or gift certificate to make up for the very horrible sandwiches. If it were just one of our sandwiches we would consider it a mistake, but both sandwiches? Not good at all.
