I have celiac and they have the best gluten free pizza in the syracuse area.. and I've tried them all. The owner Jim is an all around great guy as well.

The best pub-style aka traditional NewYork style pie in Baldwinsville!!! The Delia family are true pizza O.G.'s for Baldwinsville with their beloved landmark location, now run by the second generation of their family. A fantastic pub and a perfect NYC slice. Best experienced right out of the oven, you literally taste the old style NYC goodness. You get so much love and respect for always coming correct with a perfect NYC style pie.

Great people, but the style of pizza just isn’t our thing. Thicker crust, was a bit moist and crust soggy in center of pie. Couldn’t really taste the roasted red peppers, olives, sauce, onions, etc. Personally, I would have used higher quality ingredients and more of them, but that’s me. Giving 3 stars due to their being really nice.
