Placed an online order and came though the drive through on 06 dec 2025 between 5pm-5.30pm. Girl who was there had that attitude, Not even a simple hi. We immediately got our coffee and hot chocolate, but waited almost 12 min to get the sandwiches. Coffee was super cold. So I asked whether they can reheat it. But they said I ordered it early so they made it and it is cold. I said that is fine. They made the coffee right away when the order came through but waited to make the sandwich until I come and I took almost 12 minutes. If they are going to make the sanwich when we arrived and hold us for 12 min then they should have make the coffee also the same time. And the hot chocolate taste like hot water. They dont have common sense and customer service skills. Ego and rudeness is what they have. Not returning again.

Waited 8 minutes at the counter to have my order taken before I had to leave for time. The crew is older and seems overwhelmed with the drive thru and not able to manage inside customers.

We love our Round Lake, Dunkin! I just wish some of the really nice staff would stay. I don’t know why the turnover. I
have hardly ever had a rude experience there, everyone who has worked there has been so kind and friendly and sweet to me and my little boy. From the very young high school/college students all the way to the more mature staff. We love them!

If I could give the service zero stars, I would.

This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts within a 25 mile radius that consistently turns off mobile ordering due to low staffing. It has been like this for months now.

Even if you do get an opportunity to order there, the staff is rude and dismissive. I went in once for pick up and waited an extra 15 minutes after already having ordered 15 minutes ahead. This was at 6:30 in the morning.

Not only are they understaffed, they are also super slow, and clearly don’t care about their job. I get that this is a low wage industry, but if you don’t want to take pride in your work… work in the service industry.

I have given this place multiple chances as it is my closest Dunkin, but I will absolutely NOT be going there again and will be telling all my neighbors to do the same. until they straighten out their staffing issue. Pay your people more! The Stewart’s next-door is paying THREE DOLLARS more per hour and you wonder why you can’t get staff.

This store is chronically understaffed but the latest woman there is RUDE and dismissive.
I ordered through mobile app and when I arrived the whole place was dark. No coffee made. Nothing. Woman was unloading a dunkin truck. I asked if she would be making coffee and she said when it was open. It was supposed to open 45 min ago! There were multiple orders on the screen inside and she was the rudest person and was already rude the weeks leading up to this. This store lost a customer for good.

Extremely rude employees. Waited over 30 minutes for a muffin, had to leave without it. When trying to get their attention they will ignore you or snap at you. I know it’s stressful when it’s busy but that’s no reason to be mean to customers that have been patiently waiting. Avoid this location

Honestly the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Someone actually just left the line after ordering. Every time I go here it takes at least 20 mins to get my coffee 😭😭

First and only visit the door was locked in my face at 8am on a Thursday. When you’re operating a gas station as a Dunkin this shows me not only the management but the employees are completely incompetent. This spot was better as a dirt lot

Poor experience. Walked in one person infront took over 10 mins while tget filled a ton of drive thru before eventaking our order. When I said something got nasty response by who i think was th manager. They also got order wrong no bacon my sandwich and screwed up the guy waiting with us order so. Management is most of the cause of this under stafted and prioritizing everything over counter.
