He took the time to ensure all details were in order and that everything went smoothly. We had appetizers and wine ready when we got there and then guests were able to pick from a limited menu that we created. Many guests said it was the best steak they ever had. The staff were exceptionally attentive and took care of our party seamlessly, even while serving other tables in their main dining area. Thank you, Charlton Tavern!”
