Don’t get me wrong, I love the new location and every time I go on the weekends, everything is great. No problems. But I noticed recently on my Monday visits, something is always wrong with my order. They’re forgetting to add sweeteners or cream, or one time I used my points to get a donut that was later found to be missing, or they give the wrong signature drink, or today I nothing except for coffee was in the cup even though everything was listed on the label. For the older woman who handed me a straw with my orange juice this morning. I'd like to thank you for making my drive to school this morning easier! I didn't have to struggle taking a drink while focusing on the road. I know it's not something that seems like a huge deal but it made my Day so Thank you!

I'm very impressed with the additional staff you have added. I am still receiving my coffee without it being sticky all around the cup, however, I do think management should add an extension cord for the staff when people use Apple Pay. Thank you so much for clearly reading your reviews and taking them seriously. You've made it more enjoyable for the customers now let's make it a little easier for the staff.
