Unfortunately I often find when purchasing coffee from Dunkin that it tastes burnt. I looked forward to the pumpkin spice coffees being added to the menu for the Autumn. So when I ordered my pumpkin spice latte and it tasted so burnt that I ended up throwing it away I was very dissapointed. If had tasted my drink before leaving the parking lot I would have gone inside and asked for a replacement. I hope the quality at some of the locations improves.

Beyond frustrating experience this morning. They need to get a new intercom system or new headsets for their employees or honestly new employees too. I shouldn’t have to scream at the intercom or have an employee make me feel like I’m doing something wrong/giving me an attitude because they can’t hear me when I’m already talking loud enough into the intercom.
