“Service was great. Ambiance was friendly for a takeout place. Food was good. I had chicken street tacos with onions that came with radish, lime and salsa sauce. My husband had steak street tacos with onion, cilantro, radish slices, lime and salsa sauce. He found the steak to be bland but otherwise okay. I also had guac with chips--guac was perfect. I also loved the corn tortillas that came with the tacos. Looked freshly made. Would recommend.“

“I have enjoyed the delicious donuts here a few times, but what prompted me to write this review now is how Natascha went above and beyond in regards to my son's peanut allergy. I registered both my sons for a kids donut decorating class and then followed up with an email letting her know that one of my sons has a peanut allergy and asked some questions about the decorating class in reference to peanut products. Natascha responded quickly with more knowledge and compassion about food allergies than I ever expected. Obviously this is not a completely nut free facility, but I am impressed by her willingness to accommodate us so that my son can be safely included in such a fun activity. Thank you so much!“

“To be honest, all I ever get at Dunkin' Donuts is your bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I'm not big on trying to order my coffee there .I never know how to get it, 2 sugars and a cream three creams and sweet I don't know it's too confusing I can never get a good cup of coffee on that place so I don't get it there. Some people swear by it ,I just don't“

“The cutest little Dunkin’. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find “my” Dunkin’ to frequent, and this might be it! The staff are always friendly, and super quick. I ordered through the app for a walk-in, as my car doesn’t always love drive-thrus. When I got there, I saw how long the drive-thru line was, and decided to wait in my car a little longer rather than go in and make them feel overwhelmed if my order wasn’t ready. When I went in, my whole order was ready and conveniently packaged (I had ordered 5 drinks and was dreading having to figure out how to carry them, but the workers had made it easier by balancing the weight within a carrying tray). Sure, some would argue that they’re “just doing their job” by making my order and packaging it, but I have had far worse experiences and I really appreciate this Dunkin’ for being efficient and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp going into Dunkin’ that is accessible.“

“TBH I usually stay away from Dunkin's but I haven't been to this one until the other day. We were tight on time so tried it out and were so surprised!! It was soooo good, we were blown away. Bravo! Lattes were better than Starbucks, donuts and bagel minis were fresh and delicious. We will be back!Dietary restrictions: Delicious oat milk“

“This is a satellite store inside a gas station and absolutely Nails it. Always fresh always hot and good attitude from the staff. Got sick and tired of subpar food and service from the Mechanicville location so vowed to not spend my money at that location anymore, it's about four and a half more miles out but well worth the extra time and money.Parking: It's a gas station so you can expect a little chaos in parking, but overall there's usually plenty of room and the spaces are wide enough for a full size truck.“

“I'm very impressed with the additional staff you have added. I am still receiving my coffee without it being sticky all around the cup, however, I do think management should add an extension cord for the staff when people use Apple Pay. “I love coming to this Dunkin! There are a few Dunkin Donuts close to me and hands down I will take aside to this location over all the others. As a matter of fact, I left a not so great review for one of the other locations because of their service and inability to get my coffee right. The Dunkin on Plank Rd has always been pleasant at the window and has never messed up my order. I've only been inside a couple times but it has always been clean and the staff friendly. Thank you Dunkin on Plank Rd for starting my mornings off correctly!! Keep up the great work!“
