How come every time I order a bagel with extra cream cheese I am charged for it but don't actually get it.. also, if I specifically say how many scoop, pumps or creams I want how come it tastes different every time?? And please have a conversation with your employees about just genuinely being polite, it seems like everyone's mom's died and they're forced to be at work there.

When we ordered our drink, person at window was understanding but we were charged extra for milk..a basic drink should not be an upcharge for milk cause we did not want and cannot digest creamer..we will be going down the road for our coffee or tea since there is not an additional charge for milk
