I love coming to this Dunkin! There are a few Dunkin Donuts close to me and hands down I will take aside to this location over all the others. As a matter of fact, I left a not so great review for one of the other locations because of their service and inability to get my coffee right. The Dunkin on Plank Rd has always been pleasant at the window and has never messed up my order. I've only been inside a couple times but it has always been clean and the staff friendly. Whoever made my matcha this morning is amazing. I originally mobile ordered a large chai with vanilla. Drive thru as always was busy and I walk inside to pick up my mobile order and they quickly let me know they were out. I replaced it with a large matcha latte, they made sure to ask if I wanted vanilla still and my drink was out in record time. I still made my ride share pick up time with time to spare. I go here often really early in the morning, and the staff they have at that time has consistently been great! Friendly, never makes mistakes, and I get my food quickly. There's a woman who I assume is the manager who is always on top of things.
