Only 3 waiters and tables were still dirty after customers left for roughly 5-10 minutes. Ceiling tiles had discoloration from yellow to spotty black sections near a vent/fan in the center of the dining room. Alternatives for coffee was just hit tea that the tea water would have to be microwaved to become hot as the machine where the boiling water would have come from would be salty?
