My experience was exceptional tonight in these days and times. When my order for Prime Rib was not cooked to order, they replaced it not only with the correct preferred doneness, but it was replaced in a timely manner and with a genuine desire to please me as a customer. Kudos to the manager that is in charge of the Prime Rib clientele - which is exceptional in the Clifton Park area. 👍
We go often and have NEVER been disappointed...steaks perfectly seasoned and cooked....bread, Caesar salad, loaded mashed my favorite plus the lobster tail...
Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service by Gabe. Felt welcomed by guest greeter, Noah, as well. Food was excellent.

Outback Steakhouse provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive and friendly staff. Customers enjoy a great meal, especially the steak, and value the excellent service from the waitstaff. The restaurant's ambiance and service, from the bartender to food delivery, create a lovely evening out. The staff's attention to detail, such as providing water promptly and striving for customer satisfaction, helps make each visit memorable. Despite occasional rough nights with some confusion among servers and runners, the overall experience remains positive. The team, including the manager who personally checks on guests, shows a genuine effort to improve and ensure guests feel welcomed. The food is consistently good, with orders arriving warm, well-packaged, and delicious, and the warm brown bread with butter adds a nice touch.
