We went here with a reservation for 6:30pm, we were seated about 10mins. Past that, but that was no issue. After we placed our order it took 90 minutes to get our food! Completely unacceptable! The waitress came over once in that 90 minutes to tell us how busy they were and apologized. We looked around and there was a lot of empty tables so unsure how they could say they were so busy! When the food came out they got 2 of the orders incorrect, the steak and how they wanted it cooked was mixed up. They did cool another steak for 1 and the other chose to eat it as it was due to how .uch time it took to get the whole order. They brought another steak for the other which took about another 25 minutes so by time it got there she chose to just take it home. The food was not what I remembered it to be and the portion sizes are half of what they used to be. We were there for about 2.5 hours altogether. We saw no manager and when the check came of course they didn't offer to do anything for how long we waited and the mix up in food and just the general poor service. I think the waitress checked on us twice during this time we were there. I have to say this is the poorest food and service that I have gotten with no one even offering anything they could do for such a horrible time! I will not return here ever!

The Tim Tam brownie is delicious!!!Our server was very nice and welcoming. I believe her name is Elisabeth Cox.
Was very disappointed. First, the blooming onion was swimming in grease and loaded with salt. The wedge salad was again, loaded with salt. The sirloin again, loaded with salt. It’s almost as if the chef poured salt right out of the box. Have been at Outback in many different locations. This by far was the worst. On a bright note, our server was polite and attentive. Visiting area, spoke with some locals who said they would have told us not to go.

Food was ok, wait and service sucked. Waited an hour for a table for two just to realize half the dining room was empty and they didn't want to dirty the areas with guests. Once seated, took forever for a server and our food. This is probably why they keep closing stores.

Stacy, the Outback Manager has the table side manner of a rattlesnake, she does not have the companies best interests in mind, she mistreats her employees and talks derogatory to the clientele that keeps the company afloat. She is a detriment to your establishment and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
