Awful!!!! They locked the doors and forced everyone to go through the drive-through which caused a 10 to 15 car line blocking the entrance and almost causing accidents for people trying to get in and out of that parking lot. This place is a nightmare and I would rather drive down the road to go to a different one.

I went twice this week after placing a mobile order, both times they were closed well after they are supposed to be open and it says on the app they are open. No way to get money back. I tried to talk to customer service and nothing.

I went this morning for 3 things. i sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. It was not the workers fault since she was by herself. i also watched 3 cars pull of the drive thru while i sat and waited for 2 coffees and hash browns. She also had people in the dinning room who had to wait.

What should be an easy 5 minute drive thru pick up twice took me 20 minutes waiting in line . There was also a new face there. First time he seemed like he was bothered couldn’t stop yawning and never said a word after wishing him a good morning. Second time dealing with same person , he stood there until realizing I was at window and still waiting for rest of my order . Opened window and handed me wrong one . Again he said nothing and seemed annoyed after saying good morning once again . Who ever the manager is needs to get this place together or step down .

Felt like a bother right when I got to the window, my shaken espresso (it’s a espresso drink, it should have more than 2 shots) was all milk and sugar for $10 to have it made right.. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and they didn’t listen and gave me chocolate. Both my wake up wraps were cold cold too. Seems like this dunks is trying to save money than give there customers quality coffee and food.

Way too often the "oven is down" and this place can't make any food off of the menu. Pointless ordering ahead for pick up or for waiting in line to be told that your food order can't be made because the ovens don't work. Numerous times, at least on weekdays around 5pm
