The girl with the pink hair behind the counter friggen rocks! I have been sitting here eating and drinking for the last 20 min and the place is a madhouse. She is the only one here and she is being extremely efficient. She is running back and forth and multitasking, all with a smile. I bet she is doing the work of three employees. This girl deserves a raise! I'm extremely impressed.

I have been to this Dunkin many times over the years and have been extremely dissapointed numerous times but this is by far the best crew to ever work here they are all amazing they are quick respectful and very attentive. I would like to recognize the girl with pink hair and the blonde with glasses they are just so kind and helpful to every one when ever I’m in there. Thank you for your kindness I know food service is not always a pleasant job! a++ service! I will continue to come here once again.

Location is awful. Out of many items, 1 person working in whole store and I placed my order in the app 29 minutes ago still not ready - literally 1 guy trying to do every single thing from taking orders, making drinks and food. Owners should be ashamed of themselves

I went there on my break from work ordered a plain toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese. I used th restroom while I was waiting. When I walked out the store smelled like burnt plastic and hair didnt think much of it brought my food back to work opened the bag and this is was I received. An extremely burnt bagel like could chip a tooth burnt, which the smallest amount of cream cheese. Very disappointing.

Its a party for employees thst have no concern for work or customers. Bug on bCk door. Five minutes no work waiting for customer to go kill it. Lkne grows longer. Ansolutely no service for customers waitung in line. Nug killed thr one employee back..party talking time. Mo work just play. Customers leave! Including me! Not Senior friendly; as the Bathroom, they Said; was out of order. Senior, really needed one. Waitresses got snarky and thought it funny. Hope they run into people just like them if they make it into their '70's. Made it to the other Dunkin' just a few miles down the road near the Agway.

The employee with the dread locks was awesome. The line was almost out the door and he was able to take orders, prepare food and drinks, and was super pleasant with every customer. Our food and drinks were served swiftly. This gentleman deserves a promotion! Best customer service I have ever received at dunkin!
