Heidi is by far the worst barista I’ve ever encountered. It takes her 15 min to make a drink and hash browns. No matter how early ahead I order, she makes me late to work every day. She has no idea how to manage her time. It should not take 20 minutes for a mobile order, especially when no other customers are in the store. I have never had an issue with any other Dunkin employees

This is usually a quick in and out Dunkin. I order online and go in and its usually always ready. It's in a convenient location. However, if you are looking for a drive-thru, this location doesn't have one.
To be honest, all I ever get at Dunkin' Donuts is your bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I'm not big on trying to order my coffee there .I never know how to get it, 2 sugars and a cream three creams and sweet I don't know it's too confusing I can never get a good cup of coffee on that place so I don't get it there. Some people swear by it ,I just don't
