Chef Brandon and his team were outstanding!!! Starting at the beginning in 2023, he worked with us to pull together a menu that we loved, he was communicative, and reassuring the whole way through, and he worked seamlessly with our coordinator as soon as we looped her into the final weeks of planning. The food and the service on the day of the wedding were above and beyond our expectations. We wouldn't change a thing, except maybe we would have eaten more apps - note to future...
