Iron Roost is an incredible little culinary oasis in Ballston Spa, NY! The absolutely most amazing and delicious gluten free options that my sweetheart and I have ever enjoyed, from the bread and waffles to the frozen chicken pot pie and brownie that we took home for dinner. The coffee and the hot chai latte were also fabulous!
On top of all that, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient and the space is cozy and welcoming.

Still a staple in Saratoga/Bspa area, but unfortunately just a shadow of what it was when it opened and the years that followed. The old chef left, I heard, and it's never really recovered from his departure. That said, it's still here and still a destination spot for my wife and I.
