We had a delicious lunch for our first visit to The Irons Edge. I highly recommend it! We had the wings, smash burger, Philly quesedilla, and fried chicken sandwich, which was a huge piece of chicken and delicious without the hot sauce or coleslaw- I tried just a taste and it was amazing! Went here for the $25 3 course meal Saratoga event. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. I got the prosciutto chicken and it was great. Like very good. It was a pasta based dish with amazingly nice grilled chicken with a great sear, chopped up prosciutto, with broccoli, mushrooms and an amazing cream sauce. That tasted of parmesan & garlic. Served with a very good slice of garlic bread. The cream sauce as I said was very flavorful. The chicken was grilled, tasty and not dried....
Really good brunch! We went on a Sunday morning around 10 am. Very nice table overlooking the golf course. Service was excellent, bloody Mary was yummy! We'll be back for dinner.
