This location is getting worse and worse. It’s advertise that it closes at midnight and I got to this location before 11:30. No one took my order and I saw one worker who was outside.I will never come back to this location.

Don’t go here ever. Just keep on driving and go to a different McDonalds. Idk how you can mess up fast food so bad, but this place does. It is by far the worst McDs I have ever eaten at. It takes 20 minutes or more to get your order. I ordered a McCrispy and it was the soggiest, most grizzly/fatty piece of chicken and came with nothing on it. Literally it was just soggy chicken and soggy bread. No lettuce, no mayo, nothing. It was not edible. I ended up throwing it out. I had tried this McDs a year ago and it was the same way. Bad service and bad food.

The dude literally dragged his feet up to the counter (after messing up the order from the guy in front of me who had to wait over 20 mins he said... And it wasn't even crowded...) and I said to him Are you awake and he said no.... He walked up like he didn't want to be there which I don't blame him but he is there So service with a smile That's what it was what I worked there.. So I told him get a haircut (That Justin Bieber hair flick thing was so 2010) and wake up and I'll go to Burger King instead... I could have gone to the one in Malta but didn't want to risk two bad experiences...(So district managers beware... One bad Apple..) So I went to five guys and they were so much nicer.

Worse McDonalds in the area . 😫 I asked for sweet and sour sauce . Asked the lady at the window if it was in the bag and she said even was in the bag . Got home and no sweet and sour sauce. I did not enjoy my chickens nuggets. Won't be going through the drive thru again 😡.. not a happy customer

Brought my grandson for dinner and playtime in play area. Food took 27 minutes for a happy meal and chicken sandwich. Play area was dirty and smelled terrible. The worst thing was when I brought my grandson to the restroom there was blood in the sink and used bandaids on the sink area. Disgusting. I don't know what happened to this place. It used to be a great experience but now it's dirty and the food is cold when you eventually get it. I'll never return to this McDonald's.

The food here is usually subpar, even for mcdonald's standards. most of the time it is either wrong, not fully cooked, overcooked, for raw. for dine in they can take as much as a half hour just to put some mcnuggets in its box. also they don't appear to change the oil in the friers often, as half the time the food tastes bad from the oil.
Most of the workers here are either older people, or the slackers from the high school nearby. the older workers usually won't remember your order (i feel bad for them at times as they're the ones that clean and take orders), and the high schoolers usually don't care about the quality of your food mainly because they still get paid. i know most of the high schoolers that work there and they're usually the ones that failed classes because they didn't put the effort in to pass. (Ex: I once order 20 Mcnuggets and they gave me a box with most stuck together, and they were all slimey on the inside.)
The only positive i can give is that they do clean the place. everywhere except prolly the playplace but i can't confirm that they don't clean the playplace.
If you want my opinion: if you're going to a mcdonalds, drive the extra distance and go to the location in downtown Saratoga Springs, the service and food is MUCH better based on my visits there.
