The gentlemen that served us went above and beyond for our kids and was very friendly! The kids were also super excited about the huge play area, which always gives myself and my wife a much-appreciated break.
One of the best meals from any fast food place ever. Exceptionally clean, at noon nothing on the tables or floors, place was spotless. Got my orders Pronto, exactly how I ordered my lunch. I called out the manager to remark how great the staff maintained the restaurant, he brought out the staff for me to tell them. The Ballston Spa McDonald's really hits the spot, even better than some restaurants.
Waited over 10 minutes for my order. Figured since I waited that long it meant my food was gonna be fresh but no. My fries were cold and hard and my McChicken was cold and nasty. Not going back to this location again.
