Omg bought your Apple crumb pie at Fred the butcher in Slingerlands it’s the best pie I ever ate it’s perfection . It’s so delicious the crust and topping are amazing. thank you so for making it and selling it there so I can enjoy it whenever I want which will be weekly!!!!
The best homemade pies around!!! We have known the owners for many years and they are the most hard working family and are so humble. It is so neat how they take pride in what they do and love showing and teaching others about the processes that goes into their baked goods. The pies are actually home made unlike other places around town that claim they are but aren’t. Mourningkill pies are seriously unlike any other. They are fresh and you can just taste the fruit they pick...
They make the best pies! Their made without gluten pies are by far the best GF pies I have ever had! The crust is tender and flaky and flavorful, every other GF crust I have tried tastes like cardboard! The deep fudge is my absolute favorite, it's like chocolate heaven in a pie crust! Their apples are by far the best apples I have ever eaten! Everyone is friendly and helpful! If you are in the area definitely check out their pies!
