Night Work Breads transformed the Village of Ballston Spa and the bread is a weekly staple in our home. Our son has NWB toast for breakfast 5/7 mornings, I give loaves as gifts and recommend to everyone. Most of our guests end up returning every time they visit. It makes me sad to see any critique of the staff.. they are a multi talented multi tasking team and I consider them friends. Certainly they’re friendly! Bonus! They sponsor youth baseball in Abner Doubledays town. No complaints. All love for NIght Work Bread.

Organic sourdough everything😍Convenient food I can feel good about for my family. Like that there’s outdoor seating. Hope you guys are able to continue to expand your lovely, nourishing offerings!

Awesome! As others have mentioned, it's pricey, but that's expected for the quality of a hand crafted product. TBH the high price dissuades me from overindulging and running out early! Really my only qualm are the hours. The most convenient days for me to stop in are weekdays but they are only open 8-3, hours I'm at work. It would be awesome if they stayed open to 5 or 6pm a couple days a week!!

Friendly folks with a good selection of homemade sweets and bread. Their breads are great, the cookies are huge and flavourful, and the coffee is good. A must stop bakery

True to its description, this is a *sourdough* bakery - even the sweets. This was apparent in the cinnamon bun which was still good, but different. They have a very wide selection of breads, bagels, cookies, scones and other treats. There are a few tables inside and outside. If you need to find another place to sit and enjoy your goods try Wiswall Park around the corner, or for a quieter spot, Old Iron Springs park at the west end of Front St.

The bread, scone, cookie we bought were just perfection. Sitting outside on their picnic tables with our friends & our dog, enjoying delish toast & lox and a cuppa coffee, was an ideal way to spend a Saturday.

In town visiting and found this place and boy am I happy! It is a small place so be prepared to take it to go if they’re busy. Also, sandwiches are made fresh and may take a minute but it’s worth it! Got a load of lemon rosemary sourdough, baguette, and focaccia to go. All are fantastic! Highly recommend this spot!
