worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ? He ends it with if our pizzas so good come get it like its crap pizza lol. hell of a manager

2 small pizzas and an order of fries... ordered online... picked up and it is stone cold... for almost $40 ugh we are done stopping by!

Yesterday I went to DoorDash there it was fully crowded. I might say, but the service is whack. I guess that’s because I’m aboriginal and they’re racist. There was not one i mean not 1 aboriginal person in there and I mean not working busting the tables nothing only white people and if you’re brown like me then you know how white people act they can come anywhere we are but as soon as we come around them, they start staring at you to make you uncomfortable there good at doing things to make you uncomfortable as if your the one creating confusion or conflict when we know that’s how they are created,to conquer and destroy I do not recommend going there bad business I refused to support anyone that do not like how God made me sorry not sorry. I have record the place just in case they lie about treatment

Eli and Leah were fabulous. We had never been there Leah helped us with questions on the menu. We had a nice meal and felt welcomed.

I went there for the first time for pizza slices. The pizza was okay, but the slices were very small. In all my years of ordering slices, I have never seen them sooooooo small. The slices are a good size for a child, but not an adult. One and done!!!!!!

Best pizza around! Their sauce is amazing and they do not put to much on their pizza. Thin crust and I always have a hard time choosing toppings on single slices because they are all so good.

Happy they have gluten free pizza. Haven’t ordered hear in awhile because I didn’t realize they had GF crust! It’s not my favorite crust but does the job. The special got to try it pizza they have currently should be on the menu permanently, white sausage maple pizza. Yum! Delivery was quick too

If you like thin crust and great toppings, which I do! Then this is your place. They have pizza by the slice of you are looking for a snack or are on the run. I always look forward to stopping here when I am in this part of the world.

My sister and I were on our way to Lake George. We stopped here and ordered the Turkey, chipotle moon, and split it. It was the best sandwich Either of us have ever had. We loved it so much on the way home from Lake George we made it a point to stop back again and get another turkey moon to share. It was just as good the second time as it was the first. The sandwich and service was amazing! We also purchased for moon rolls to take home. Wish we lived closer because this would be a weekly stop. Thank you pizza Works!!

Came in clutch when I needed them most. Pizza is ok, nothing special. Staff is extremely nice. Chicken Parm is amazing.
