One of the girls was super sweet, nice and helpful, the other one seemed energy and not wanting to work

The atmosphere was a typical diner type vibe, nothing fancy. The service was a mixed bag and the food was good, not excellent

Ordered online and it turns out they use door dash for deliveries. My pizza came an hour late, and was brick cold. Will never order again.

Pizza was not good. Take out seems to be more about what they offer. Don't live near there, but would go elsewhere.

We ordered a medium pizza half cheese and half with toppings. It was very good. Also, we ordered a Cesar salad and it was also very good. Our order only took ten minutes. The staff was professional, friendly and nice. We did pick up. If I order again, I will ask for well done crust. I prefer a pizza crust more cooked or a little crispy. The staff had lots of excellent suggestions on their specialty pizzas and future selections. Otherwise, the pizza was good and better than I would expect outside of New York City.

Ordered 2 pizza 2 wings, 1 pizza was BBQ pork with extra sauce. It came with no sauce. Wings were sweet and sour and tai chili, they combined the 2 sauces for both wing orders. Not 1 thing was actually correct and a pizza with no sauce is inedible. 1 star, never again.

Fantastic margarita pizza and service at the Ballston Spa location! The crust was thin, crispy and the topping was outstanding! I ordered the pizza for delivery and the wrong person picked up my order. Within minutes, the manager/owner called me several times to correct the mistaken pizza pickup. What service! I so rarely request delivery, so it’s great to know service is grand at Pizza Works in Ballston Spa whether it’s picked up or for delivery.

Incredible pizza and moons! When we are passing through, we just have to stop there. Delicious take out food, also great to dine in. You won’t be disappointed!

worst experience ever. orderd a pizza i usually go too the one in burnt hills on my way to work. the night of July 2 2025 they lied stole and told me id recieve anything order after the first was an hour late. 30 minutes after that the ego trip manager yelled argued called names and never repaid after promised. blaming me for a worker he said worked there 4 years. it was sent by them not me I guess Uber. The girl lied the manager yelled telling me im a liar after my first order was an hour late and cold. Never refunded just called names.Id never order from a place who even considers treating a person the way they did. they just didt want to come back out or refund. He just yelled at was my fault after my hour late delivery was cold and said we dont go there as of now. we will not correct your order. burnt hills they treat you so well. like family. I have many pizza places near me I loved giving them business but never ballston spa. never again. he hung up as he was got caught in a lie. if you don't do delivery howd I get my first cold hour late one ? He ends it with if our pizzas so good come get it like its crap pizza lol. hell of a manager

Pizza is really good ! I got a half pepperoni and I really liked it . The sauce is very aromatic and flavorful, it was my favorite part of the pizza . Super thin dough that I wish was a little crisper but I might just ask for a well done pizza next time . All in all, solid pizza ! Definitely going back , loved it !

This place used to be my go to spot for pizza. Now they focus on hiring HS kids with zero oversight. They constantly screw up simple orders, one day you get a well done pie, the next you don’t…when questioned on why it’s not well done…they say they aren’t capable of cooking it well done. Obviously poor training for the FOH staff. Or you get a pineapple pie instead of pepperoni and they act you ordered it that way. Owner/MGT is never present. Sad end to a once great place. Will likely never buy from these guys again.

2 small pizzas and an order of fries... ordered online... picked up and it is stone cold... for almost $40 ugh we are done stopping by!
