I've lived in Saratoga for 24 years and have never been here - never knew it exsisted. I loved the decor - all in honor of service men and women. It was wonderful to wander around and read about heroes, and see photos of those who have served our country. Food was great - I had eggs and bacon and home fries. My friend had eggs and pancakes. We were both pleased with our breakfast. Will be back, for sure.

Have been going to route 50 foe years. Always been great. Now they have new cooks and staff and it is absolutely horrible. They ran out of certain breakfast sides before 9am on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. All orders where wrong not once but twice. Such a shame.

Have stayed away from here for a couple of weeks while they recover from a staff max exit. It has not gotten better. Cream that curdled in my coffee, cold sausage links, and a practically empty dining room. Not the steps for success.

If I could give a zero I would! Didn't get what I ordered after a hour waiting, YES A HOUR! Most definitely will not return! Horrible everything. 4.6 is a lie! 0!!!
I ate there today, they were abit short staffed,which i understand they're hiring. Other than that the food was great,I had the Route 50 special sandwich and my wife had the USS Saratoga. Both were excellent. My wife being a former vet and coming from a military family remarked "Its got a great VFW atmosphere, but better." Thank you staff and crew at the diner. We'll be back again when we're out that way again.
