This place is consistently bad for many years. The wait times are typically 20-40 mins for your order and often times drinks are made incorrectly. If ordering multiple drinks, you will be stuck with partial order waiting forever for the entire slip to be complete. The staff doesn’t care. You would be better off going to the Starbucks in the price chopper directly behind the Starbucks store itself. Malta Starbucks has lost our business. The parking situation is also a complete nightmare.

This is the second day in a row I have gone to this Starbucks and both times the service was not kind. A manager yelled at me yesterday when there was confusion with my order. Today when going through the drive through they made a mistake with my order. My husband went back in to have the order corrected and they dumped out half my drink and put onto the cold foam that was missing. The drink was curdled and disgusting. This is not my first time I have been to this Starbucks specifically and they have made the order wrong. I do not recommend this Starbucks as of recent. Hopefully I can come back in the future with a better review.

We ordered an oat milk chai and told the staff about a severe dairy allergy. They used dairy and my friend had a severe allergic reaction which almost put her in the hospital. Also messed up my drink. Would not recommend this Starbucks at all and will not be back.

Chaos every time I visit the Kelch Drive Malta, NY location. Today may be the last time I visit after waiting 25 minutes for drinks that never were made. Ended up asking for a refund and got drinks elsewhere. This was an off peak visit too, mid-afternoon and few people in DT and cafe. The floor at this location always looks confused, messy, and full of waste (from a lean process perspective as well as mis-made product).
