From the guy who takes my order in the morning, to the night crew and all in between , they all make me feel so welcomed, I never have an issue with my drinks ever❤️ Everyone is so kind and make my mornings / evenings amazing ! Keep it up ya'll !!!

I do get a little nervous in the drive way tho...a bit too small and not mapped out well.

Starbucks has the best coffee and they are very consistent. I like a dark roast and Starbucks seems to be the only coffee shop that has a good dark roast.

It's Starbucks, what you think you're going to get at a Starbucks is what they offer. The parking is horrible, the drive through cuts directly through the parking lot so you can get stuck there if the line is long and you have parked. Only do the inline ordering is my suggestion.

In drive thru now and wait time is way too long. Get the staff together and be a team. I don’t mind waiting a bit but it’s been approx 18 minutes in line. Yes it’s Sunday and people are out and about.

Disturbed to see workers throwing everything recyclable into a big garbage can while watching another worker use a device to push the garbage down in the can. No hand washing done after either-just back to serving customers. Plastic carton after carton going into landfill garbage probably. Does Starbucks not have some sort of recycling protocol?
The wait time today was extremely long or I would likely not have been engaged in watching the garbage pile up-at least twenty minutes, meanwhile, so many drinks sitting there waiting to be picked up? How are orders prioritized?

Came here a couple days ago and we are afraid to come back...the water was terrible tasting and my mocha frappe had a horrible off taste to it....before they reopened we loved this location. It wouldn't have mattered if drinks were remade because it must be the water system mess up that made it taste like that!

I don't normally come to this location as it has taken a long time in the past to get what I ordered. I placed an order while at price chopper and headed over. Apparently (according to the red head who must have been a supervisor) I came over too quickly and they had to rush to make my drinks. Not once did I raise my voice or complain about wait times or anything. Found it odd for someone to say that at 630 on a Friday. I never have this problem in Clifton Park or Latham so I will continue to go there. Maybe they should have stayed closed when they were a few weeks back.

The water is bad the ice and water makes the drinks disgusting need to fix water or start buying clean water to use at this location spent over $30 all the drinks with ice or water in them. Only one and that was nitro brew that tasted right didn’t have water or ice in it.

I have went their quite a few time asking for a apple crisp oatmilk macchiato hot and they gave me ice one time when i ordered hot. They gave me whole milk and gave me a macchiato with no flavor and today they gave me again a macchiatio with no flavor this is so upsetting there was a few times when I asked for ice and they just gave me a regular macchiato. This is getting really upsetting again.

Really bad drive thru set up, parking lot gets jammed up, and you can't get in and out

Very bad experience. Had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee while there’re waitresses doing nothing. When waiting, I asked how much time it’s going to take and they were very rude answering. Won’t go back
