Good spot for some authentic
Mexican tacos. They aren't the best I have had, but overall I enjoy it.

Our last day in Saratoga, we decided to eat at Taqueria Guadalajara. Small mom & pop shop with AUTHENTIC Mexican food. As one of my sisters said they didn’t have a website, so it must be true Mexican cuisine. Everything was delicious from the virgin Piña Coladas to the Tequila Sunrise. The tacos, the flautas (which were not on the menu) w/ rice and beans, and the macaroni & cheese (children’s menu….don’t judge!) were yummy. No reservations. We dined in, but we noticed people picking up orders. If you ever happen to be in Ballston Spa, make a stop here for some good food.

Great service, delicious food, amazing Pina Colada!

Perfect rating! I had a shrimp tostada and chiles rellenos. Both were delicious, I also loved the rice and refried beans served as sides. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating! I will definitely come again when I am in this area. If you are looking for authentic and delicious Mexican food, this restaurant has my highest recommendation.

We went for Father’s Day. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas. They came with rice and beans. They were so delicious. Very hot (temperature wise) gooey, cheesy and lots of enchilada sauce. The way I like them. I hate when enchiladas come out dry with hardly anything in or on them. The rice and beans were delicious too. I had a margarita. It was good too. Felt like I was in Mexico. It has a Mexican market vibe with the frozen ice cream bar cooler and refrigerators in the dining room. My 3 year old daughter of course had to have a strawberry frozen ice cream bar as soon as we got in, because she saw the cooler. She didn’t want it after one bite, before we even ordered. They were nice enough to put it back in the freezer for me until dessert time so we could try again or I could eat it.

Chorizo BANGS. Get it in anything guaranteed 10/10. Have been ordering and dining in here for a year or two now, and have always been more than happy with what I get for what I pay. Drinks are also great too!

This place WAS good. But they continuously screw up our orders now. I love paying for extras with my tacos to not receive them. You have officially lost a customer.

Loved it! Best mexican restaurant in the whole Saratoga/ Balaton area. And you can buy home made mexican cheese and chicharon for your cooking at home.
