Would have been a 4-5 star review but the “host” refused to seat me at a table or a booth because I was solo. Even tho there was plenty of room at 3pm (and two booths still available in bar area when I left), I was required to eat at the bar. Food was great, bartender was good, but did not feel welcome or comfortable.

French onion soup was OUTSTANDING! Love the backstory behind the building, too. The pulled pork Mac & Cheese can feed a family of 12, and is delicious.

This local restaurant & bar was great! Loved the whole experience! When traveling we always try local eateries, & this one was top notch. The background music wasn’t too loud & the staff was very friendly. The food was worth it!!!

Vegetarian options: I am not, but they had dish options clearly labeled.

Parking: There is few parking spots in front, but there is more around back. Coming from out of town it was a little confusing at first, but we caught on quick.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight with some girlfriends. Gabby was fantastic! Honestly, one of the best waitresses I have had in a very long time - - I actually cannot remember a better waitress - - and I am 58 yrs old.
One of the women had her young son with her. He has nut allergies, and Gabby went above and beyond to ensure his meal was safe. They had never been to The Factory before, but I can guarantee they will be repeat customers!
Gabby was very attentive, friendly, and professional. I could prob go on more, but I think you get the point. If she is eligible for an hour raise, I hope this review helps. I would do anything to keep her as an employee. Also, the food was great!

Food is amazing and consistent every time. Service is solid, not amazing, but average. Wish they had better parking and bigger bathrooms, but other than that I highly recommend.
