Went to the factory for dinner this past weekend with my fiance and had such a great dinner! I highly recommend that if you want to go out to eat and your in the area, The portions are very generous and the food is top notch by far the best in town!

the prices are much higher than advertised. for example....Chicken Parm, $29+some change chicken wings $19 + small crock of chili - $10 + house salad $12+ those are the things I remember. we had 2 small crocks of chili and 1 cup of coffee. Bill was $26 + 6 tip. the chili wasn't great, not hot and more like a bowl of sludge. the coffee wasn't hot either. loved this place for years but apparently greed got to them and we won't be returning.

Stopped in for a glass of wine and a quick bite before a wake. The haddock was tasty and Amy poured me a nice, generous glass of Riesling.

Nice place and friendly service. My rating was based on my chicken marsala which had a huge pile of angel hair pasta, watery sauce and chunks of unseasoned dry chicken that was not cooked with the sauce. The ckn tasted like leftover chunks. $29 dish. I was too hungry to send it back but in truth, it was just made without any concept of sauces with meat. Would not recommend this dish. No love no soul in the food. Just thrown together junk in my opinion.

We went for dinner last night but sat at the bar. Our server Amy was fantastic!! There's no skimping on the drinks and I ordered the clam special and they were to die for! This place is casual, friendly and cozy. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

Walked in and asked hostess for a table for 6. Told they had no room for 6. No offer of splitting the party, no offer to sit at the bar, no offer to wait. Plenty of open seating. Gave her a few seconds to do the right thing as I could see her wheels spinning, but there was no activity going on behind those eyes. We’ve eaten there dozens of times over the years, but I have a long memory. The Factory is off my list in the future.
