Don’t let the name fool you. I came here to because I was looking for a dog friendly deck and BringFido recommended here. I was worried it was going to be run of the mill bar food based on the name, it was not. I had a rack of freshly made tacos, the handmade fries were seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The picture is of a $5 happy hour carnitas taco and an $8 delish old fashioned. Can’t go wrong here.

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic!! This is a place we can always trust and come to knowing that the food, service, and vibes are always a five out of five. We had a mixture of salads with chicken and handheld sandwiches, and everything was great, from the flavors to the way all the proteins were cooked. It’s some of the most tender chicken I’ve had at a restaurant. Highly recommend coming here, and make sure to ask for Jeremy!

It's been a while...and they're just as good as I remember. Well crafted drinks and great food served in a cozy dining room (or outdoors if you swing that way). There's always something new & fun on the menu to keep things fresh. Chicken & Churros? Yes, please!

A hidden gem with serious charm.
Sat at the bar and had an incredible experience—Mark, the bartender, was top-notch. His cocktail and food suggestions were spot-on, and his friendly vibe made the whole evening feel effortless. The place has an old-school soul with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Happy hour was generous, the crowd was lively but relaxed, and the whole space radiates character. Definitely coming back.

Feels more neighborhood bar than social club, and it's pretty small, but the service is decent and food is pretty good. They always seem slightly understaffed though.

The food here is so good. The Fronkenburger was truly one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long while, and the corn tortillas that they serve the tacos on are incredible. There was only one server and one bartender so service was maybe a tad slow but that did not take away from the experience. The churros and salted caramel sauce was sweet and craveable. Pretty good beer selection, too!

Tell me you don’t want to serve me without telling me…. I walked in and waited per sign to be seated, a few customers saw me waiting and stated to just have a seat that there was no host. To the bar I go, I sat there the bar tender served the ppl on the side of me then went to serve a drink to other customers who appeared to order before I walked in and then proceeded to have small talk with the customer she just served. A couple walks in and sits down at the table behind me. The bar tender walks past me and comes out of the bar area and greeted the couple that just walked in. I laughed to myself got up to walk out but had to go back to her to let her know that it was very rude of her to just ignore me. She claim to not have seen me… okay. I won’t return thanks for the poor service

A great place for great food and atmosphere. Not a lot of seating so It's a must to make reservations.

A little bit of a squeeze when the place is busy. The food is good and so was the service

I've had fish tacos in Hawaii, Washington, California, and some other places. I did not expect that fish tacos at this place in Ballston Spa would be better than any other I can remember.

We tried this place on a whim and were sorely disappointed. We had the crab app which came with weirdly seasoned tortilla chips. My husband had the jalapeño burger which was cooked so thoroughly it was hard and dry. I had a Caesar salad and sweet potato fries. The salad was dressed with a pretty foul tasting dressing and the fries were so overseasoned they were basically inedible. The lights were turned on so bright for most of the evening that it was uncomfortable sitting there. Later on they turned them down a bit which was welcomed. Also, THE MUSIC OMG. This place has a speakeasy vibe and they were playing Bruce Springsteen and Elton John- absolutely awful.

Suggestions: This COULD be an awesome place. The drinks were decent, the ambiance was cool but the music and lights need work and they are a quick fix!

The food part....eh...the chef needs some help. The menu was created with the right idea in mind but not executed well. The ceasar salad should have a nice FRESH dressing on it and shouldnt be smothered. The fries could use a lot less coating and please stop putting whatever seasoning is on the tortilla chips because it's not great. The crab dip could use some lightness I would add a bunch of chopped green onion to that dip and it would be banging!

Great atmosphere, staff and food. We started with the crab and corn dip,I had the fried chicken and churros and my husband had the grilled chicken tacos and everything was delish! The only issue was the strawberry on the chicken and churros was past its prime and had a little mold on it, but I didn't think the chicken and churros needed the fruit. Overall, we would definitely go back.
