I got the half rack of ribs, some of the best ribs ive had in awhile. The tables were a bit too scrunched up, too close together, like they tried to squeeze too much seating into too small a space. Other than that, no complaints

We've been coming to Batavia Applebee's for years now. We stopped in about 4:30 after black Friday shopping. The hosts and our waitress were top notch. Very friendly and attentive. The food however.... I ordered the Ranch chicken sandwich. Im not sure why, but it just tasted off. Not very good at all. My guest had the chicken finger dinner. They were so tiny they barely qualified as chicken nuggets, and they were way overdone and dry. Over $50 for mozz sticks, a chicken sandwich and tenders is absurd. All in all, it was about being with loved ones so it was nice. Just too bad the food didn't stand out as much as the service did.

The service was fantastic even though it was really busy. When we got to the door one of the employees actually held the door open for us! Our waiter was very friendly and very efficient even though he was handling a lot of customers. The food was very hot and perfectly seasoned. I had garlic potatoes with steak and green beans in my wife had the bourbon chicken.
