Standard Applebee's Grill + Bar. Food is OK. The front receptionist is cheerful and warm welcomed. But the server is busy and not attentive. She is slow in everything but fast to give me the bill.

Food was good as always, though probably had the worse service I’ve ever had. I never make reviews but it was so bad I just had to. The girl we had was terrible. Walking all around but never coming to our table, she didn’t even bring us our food we ordered, when we got our appetizers we got no silverware as well as no plates to even eat it on ( it was the mixed one with wings, guacamole and chips, cheese sticks, etc.) so not sure how we can eat those without silverware lol. Also the server didn’t even bring us our food half the time it was some random other server. (It wasn’t busy)…. Asked for more drinks, never got them, asked for blue cheese, never got it, ruined the occasion honestly. Food good as always though so at least that was good lol…

Rude staff comes outside to carside to go and explains they only do carside to go if you tip them, if you don't tip you have to go in and pick up your order

Food was good and hot. It's a geat place to take the kids. We had to wait a bit after we were done eating for our server to return with check and to request boxes. We were also brought the wrong sauce for a meal. Not really deal breakers for me just little annoyances for the kids. The sauce was changed out when my daughter went up to a server and requested it. The staff was nice and accommodating. Lots of parking availability. The parking lot was nicely plowed especially with the weather we have had.

Set the scene.. Valentine's Day, call order in. 6:09..get there 6:30..place is packed. Waiting for order no one can find it. But who comes save my day! I believe it was Tanner, 2/26 bourbon chicken. So thank you Tanner for asking the right questions and finding my dinner, which I may say was still hot. Took it home dinner was great with my hubby. Just wanted to give him a shout out with it being so busy and we were curb side. So Tanner you are the bomb.com! So busy that the guy next to me waited for an hour and 3 minutes at curbside. But not me. That's how busy it was. I always do curbside, I never have a problem. Their food has always been good when I pick up and get it home .
Parking: Shopping plaza behind Applebee's, Walmart across the street.

The serviced sucked the drinks expensive!! And food wasn't that good. Don't want to listen about peoples personal lives when I am still waiting for a drink or to put in my order.

Applebees what are you doing your staff is so rude I saw a waitress drop food then pick it up and serve it when I mentioned it to the customer that ordered it the waitress looked at me and said why don’t you mind your own business. This is disgustingly wrong.

I came here on vacation with my family and had a decently good experience. The food was okay, seemed very tough but tasted good enough. We were sat within a reasonable time frame and I do not have any large complaints about my experience. I am sure I will come back at some point!
Kid-friendliness: It's decently kid friendly, but it's really measured on how well behaved the kids there are. I'm not sure if there's a kid's menu, it wouldn't surprise me if they did. It seems to be a full family friendly restaurant, not just kid friendly.

Went for lunch at the Batavia Applebee's. Hostess sat us ,waited 15 minutes for our waitress who never came over. Unfortunately we left and went to Tullys . Batavia your service is horrible.
