This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and didn't get what I wanted. A beef & cheddar classic with mozarella sticks. Never got my side of cheese nor the horsey sauce I asked for both times. They got it correct when I went inside and said something after the first time. I can't believe these people want to make $15/hr and can't get a simple order right. I use to love Arby's food but probably won't go back.

They gave me an upgrade on my drink, that was cool! But I would have preferred my sandwich and fries hot and the sauces I asked for. I should have just kept going to Burger King..
