Came here for a work lunch with a large group and was not disappointed. Good food and friendly service. Lots of room inside and outside for groups as well. Definitely recommend

I usually never leave reviews but I’m dissatisfied with the food I purchased. I did a pickup order. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and garlic knots. First off, the alfredo had little to no cheese sauce at all. It tasted more like buttered noodles and not fettuccine alfredo. The garlic knots were very disappointing. They were very oily. They look nothing like regular garlic knots or like the picture they provided on the online menu. It was more like fried dough with garlic oil.

Our dinner experience was way better than our lunch experience here. The pizza is average, but they offer a lot of variety. The fountain drinks were gross, so just grab a soda out of the fridge. They do have some yummy cannolis.

I got here on occasion and usually good service for to go orders for slices. Today 9/12, I ordered a slice and after 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for it cold because the wait time was using up all of my lunch time. The slice case was full, it was a matter of them being organized to prepare orders

What happened to customer service? My brother and I both veterans stopped by Batavia's Original Pizzeria for dinner on 2025.09.05. Granted it was a busy night. However, the host seated us and was hospitable. My problem was that we sat there for fifteen minutes with no service then a couple was seated. Three minutes later a female server comes in and services the couple first without even addressing us and we were there first 12 minutes earlier. This was very unprofessional in our eyes so we decided to just leave. The lack of customer service needs to improve!
We will try again another time and hopefully get proper service. To the host thank you for seating us, but please make sure your servers knows who was waiting longer and there first.

We stopped ordering here a while ago because the crust was so hard and the quality had overall gone downhill. But this weekend was the real kicker. We ordered via door dash because there weren't many places open. An hour later, I message door dash, who tells me this restaurant handles their own deliveries. So I call the restaurant who says it's out for delivery. Thirty minutes later, we get a notification the pizza was delivered. I hope someone enjoyed it because it didn't come to our house. Got a full refund from DD, but just confirming not to order here any longer.

They lost our order and made our food in a hurry, so maybe that's why the fries had no flavor. I ordered garlic parm and hot wings, but I would only recommend the hot wings
