If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order from work and after one and a half hours I called. The lady said it was on its way. I waited another 20 minutes. Called back she said she didn't know what the driver was doing. I cancelled it. This was a horrible experience and the customer service was terrible. I will no longer recommend to people.

I ordered a delivery meal while staying at a Batavia hotel recently. It was mediocre at best. The meal took longer than the 45 minutes to an hour promised. The hot wings were old, cold, and a bit dried up. Instead of 5 wings, I received 2 1/2. The salad was also old and limp. They had no milk, so called to tell me I could not get the milkshake I ordered. There were no napkins or eating utensils given to me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, as I felt I should have gotten a much better meal and service for the high price I paid. I would not do it again.

Excellent boneless wings. Pizza just ok, too doughy, needed more sauce and spices. Will stop again, lots of choices on menu .
Came here for a work lunch with a large group and was not disappointed. Good food and friendly service. Lots of room inside and outside for groups as well. Definitely recommend
