We didn't have a good experience here, unfortunately. We waited several minutes to be seated, which is totally fine but you would think one of the four people behind the bar would acknowledge our existence and say that the hostess would be right with us. One person was playing on her phone the whole time. Turns out the hostess was behind the bar and still said nothing. They all just stared at us when we walked in and while we waited.
We ordered appetizers and 15 minutes later, we had to flag down our server to remind her that we still needed to order our entrees.
Our burgers didn't come for the longest time. Meanwhile, people around us were getting served their food though they arrived after us, the 15-minute delay notwithstanding. By the way, it was only 4:00 p.m. and it wasn't busy at all! By time we left around 6:00, which was way too long to be there but the burgers took so long to come, it was definitely busy but not when we were there. This was two Saturdays ago.
We were there a full hour before the server even cleared the appetizers and the empty beer glasses. We had ordered more to drink and everything was piling up in the center of the smallest table ever. She never even cleared the menus.
So the food was great but the service was terrible.

Great place for a burger and beer. Prices are not too bad at all and food was delicious. Have some burgers on menu that are pretty wild sounding. Not here in town long enough to try much more than the sooner burger.

Bourbon & Burgers in Batavia is always a go-to spot for me. The Burning Love burger is hands-down my favorite — perfectly spicy, loaded with flavor, and cooked just right every time. Their beer selection is consistently great, with something solid to pair with any meal. On top of all that, the prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality you get. Easily one of the best places around for a laid-back, delicious meal.

The worst experience! Walked in and the staff seemed so confused. We sat at the bar and no service for about 7 minutes only 3 other people at the bar at the time and no bar tender, while we sat there while the wait staff all congregate at the end of the bar gabbing like a bunch of high school girls. Ordered a whiskey sour and it was nothing but syrup, you would expect a place with the name bourbon in it to make a proper whiskey sour. We ordered a Bob's Burger and a KS Breakfast. These did not taste like actual burgers very bland with no texture, no char or grill marks and over cooked. We asked for pink and they ended up medium well at best. The bun was some store bought second grade bread direct from the bag and not even toasted or warmed up in any fashion and fell apart as soon as you bit into it. Not sure how this place has a above average rating but I think it need to be knocked down a few and they need to reevaluate what they are serving.

First time here and it was amazing.. had the jalapeño popper burger with loaded fries.. absolutely delicious..very clean place and friendly staff..ill definitely return..very recommend stop.
Clean, attentive. We went at an optimal time, just before 5p. Lots of burger options. Drink specials sounded yummy though I didn’t partake. My daughter had the everyday fish fry, no complaints. Bill under$30??!! Will def visit again
