Chipotle Mexican Grill

I didn't catch their name, but the person who wrapped my burrito should teach a class. It was so wet but no leaks

Rice was hard as a rock, bland and tasteless disappointed. I worked all day, picked up my food ready to relax and I can’t say how disappointed I was, couldn’t eat my food. Easily the worst location. I don’t even leave review online

6:30 pm on a wednesday and they are completely out of rice and only have steak available. Shamefull. And of course they have a bunch of people i nthe back just chilling.

I’ve had many issues with this location. Tonight, I ordered a chicken bowl through DoorDash and when I was eating it I found a very chewy piece….turns out it was RAW CHICKEN. I’m so disgusted

Rice was very hard not sure if it was cooked all the way or maybe it was that old!!!! Then they told me they where out or queso sauce for the day like wait what???? then I went to go get a drink at the fountain and there was no ice!!!!! Do better

The best Chipotle location in the area! I drive out here from Buffalo, avoiding manyyy other locations, due to this one’s cleanliness and amazing customer service. The restaurant is always super clean, and the serving station is always stocked and very clean as well. The staff are super friendly, fast, and helpful. I have a food allergy and they are always happy to accommodate me by cleaning the stations, washing hands, changing gloves, and even helping me navigate what items are safe for me to eat. Much of this unprompted and with a smile, just because they care. I am always so impressed with this Chipotle. No matter how far away I move, this will be my favorite Chipotle location!!

The customer service is above and beyond welcoming and professional yet kind! Everyone here has been very nice every time I come here. The food is always fresh and hot, I guess that's one of the perks of getting food at night. The only thing is, the tables and chairs are always dirty. However, I can understand if you're swamped at the drive-thru and have a constant line inside that cleaning the tables wont exactly be top priority. I love this chipotle and I'll come here over Taco Bell any day!

Been here probably 4-5 times since they opened. First few times I figured they were just learning the ropes and working out the kinks. Nope! They are consistently bad! By far the worst chipotle location I've ever been too. It's unfortunate.
