The best Chipotle location in the area! I drive out here from Buffalo, avoiding manyyy other locations, due to this one’s cleanliness and amazing customer service. The restaurant is always super clean, and the serving station is always stocked and very clean as well. The staff are super friendly, fast, and helpful. I have a food allergy and they are always happy to accommodate me by cleaning the stations, washing hands, changing gloves, and even helping me navigate what items are safe for me to eat. Much of this unprompted and with a smile, just because they care. I am always so impressed with this Chipotle. No matter how far away I move, this will be my favorite Chipotle location!!

The customer service is above and beyond welcoming and professional yet kind! Everyone here has been very nice every time I come here. The food is always fresh and hot, I guess that's one of the perks of getting food at night. The only thing is, the tables and chairs are always dirty. However, I can understand if you're swamped at the drive-thru and have a constant line inside that cleaning the tables wont exactly be top priority. I love this chipotle and I'll come here over Taco Bell any day!

Been here probably 4-5 times since they opened. First few times I figured they were just learning the ropes and working out the kinks. Nope! They are consistently bad! By far the worst chipotle location I've ever been too. It's unfortunate.

slow and messes up orders a lot. sundays are the worst.

Server appeared to have an attitude when we asked for extra items.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I mobile ordered and this was all that I got…it looks like someone already ate half of it. I was incredibly disappointed and my day was ruined.

Second time my uber eats order was missing items. Driver told me that they told her that the drink was in the bag this time. Also, I have lettuce and noodles (does Chipotle even have noodles) in my chip guacamole. Grr. I just want to be able to receive/eat what I ordered when I'm exhausted or not feeling well.

Always rude like you are bothering them to actually work and do their job. Never have peppers onions available no matter what time you go and nothing is fresh, chips are stale and guacamole is also never available. We have tried this location several times and it's always a hassle and leave in a bad mood over it.

I ordered a salad and realized when I got home that they didn’t give me a dressing. When I went back to get one, they told me they were all out and couldn’t make more. I don’t know why they would continue to make and sell salads without informing customers they can’t get dressing with it.

Picked up a steak bowl around 6. No line at pick up. Worker at the window was not friendly. Get to hotel and realize I’ve been chipotle-d, and got very small portions of everything. Everything was cold, rice was undercooked and cold. Spent $21 for this. Avoid this chipotle.
